PUMA.Creative Partnerships

Initiate a Partnership

To initiate a partnership with puma.creative, in assocation with Creative Caribbean Network, we ask that you carefully follow the outline listed below. (A special application process needs to be followed for documentary film which can be found below.)*

Applications are reviewed by a professional committee each quarter.

Annual application deadlines:

31 March
30 June
30 September
31 December

As much as we would like to engage will all members, due to the large number of proposals for puma.creative Partnerships we receive we can only contact members for further discussion when the committee feels a partnership has potential for us. If you do not hear from us within one month after the application deadline please assume your partnership proposal is not something we can pursue at this time.

Please do not send us a partnership proposal without ALL the information outlined below.

Due to the large amount of partnerships proposed we can not evaluate your proposal unless ALL the requested information is supplied.

Information Required to Initiate a Partnership with PUMA.Creative in Association with Creative Caribbean Network:

1. The URL* of your profile here on Creative Caribbean Network.

2. Where relevant, the URL of the profile of the insitution or organization, here on Creative Caribbean Network, that you work at or partcipate in.

3. The URL, here on Creative Caribbean Network, of the profile of the host institution or venue where the project will take place (if different to above).

4. Once you have collected the information above we ask that you email it in this order, clearly indicating each URL, here on Creative Caribbean Network, under the following headings:

YOUR URL HERE ON CREATIVE CARIBBEAN NETWORK
URL OF HOME ORGANIZATION HERE ON CREATIVE CARIBBEAN NETWORK
HOST ORGANIZATION URL HERE ON CREATIVE CARIBBEAN NETWORK (IF DIFFERENT TO ABOVE)

(We do not require any cover letter, budget or project details at this stage. Once we have familiarized ourselves with the public information on the profiles listed above, we will invite you to submit a full project proposal regarding the potential partnership. To be eligible to initiate a partnership you must (and the institutions you work at / with) be a member of Creative Caribbean Network with a completed profile. On each profile we require at least: Contact details; multiple images with captions; an in depth text or statement; where applicable a CV, résumé, or biography. For applicants who require moving documentation of their work, videos should be embedded in your profile. *puma.creative, in association with Creative Caribbean Network, has partnered with Channel 4 BRITDOC Foundation to expand our network and infrastructure to support documentary filmmakers. Channel 4 BRITDOC Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to reinventing funding and distribution models for documentary filmmakers. As well as funding over 50 ground breaking social-issue films such as double Sundance winner Afghan Star, Berlin winner The Yes Men Fix the World, Sundance 09 feature doc The End of the Line and Tribeca winner We Are Together, the Foundation brokers relationships between filmmakers and the NGO and brand sectors to create better, more effective films.
