David B. Dacosta

Writing and film have been lifelong companions of mine since childhood. The decision to pursue a career in both fields was an inevitability. My journalism has appeared in periodicals such as the Jamaica Observer, Ebony magazine (Chicago) and many others. Since 2002, I've written an autobiography, two novellas set in Jamaica, two feature length screenplays, and shot two docudramas and nine documentaries. There’ll be more books and films in the coming years.
