Ziggi Golding has been an agent since 1983, working and developing the careers of many top talents in photography, fashion, film, music and art today. She has always worked with unique talent believing each has their own career. The belief in talent that offers a new way to look, essential in making the way we see things change, and to affect change through creativity.
From 1983- 1990 Founded the Z Agency, an Agency which represented young talent that changed the creative and visual landscape of London, in the Arts, Fashion, Film and Music.
During this time developed models, actors, stylists, hair and makeup artists, photographers, and film makers, in all areas of both art and commerce.
From 1987 to 2004 founded Z Photographic to develop photographers globally with offices in London and New York.
2005 Opened "new look" Z Photographic working to develop and consolidate great photography with Strategic Management in Art and the Commercial wolds.
From 1986- 1998 Director and Creative Director of Gee Street Records responsible for Artwork and Video for groups Jungle Brother, Queen Latifa, Richi Rich, Stereo MCs, PM Dawn, The Gravediggaz, Rza as Bobby Digital, New Kingdom, Amber Sunshower. Duggie Fresh etc.

1999-2004 Founded ZG Mangement. Managed Nigerian dancer/ singer Wunmi Olaiya and A Guy Called Gerald.
1986- 1990 One of the Founders of multi media monthly events W11 Express and EC1 Express with art, live music and DJs.
2001 One of the Founders of Jump and Funk, African fusion monthly event, NYC
Produced Book " Sibusiso Mhbele and his Fish Helicopter by Koto Bolofo with Powerhouse Books. Based on film of the same name, directed by Koto Bolofo. Presented the film shown at MOMA in 2000.
Developed further books by Koto Bolofo. Venus Williams, Racing Style about Goodwood Revival, and the upcoming Hermes Book.
