Calling all Edna Manley students: we are offering three specific internship opportunities in Archiving/Web design and maintenance/Building and construction

'The Food Place' is based in the ROKTOWA building, this is one of the projects myself and Amalie B Lunoe have been designing and structuring. All the takings go back into community based urban renewal initiatives; as a way to not only create an alternative economy for the community but also to celebrate and pass on through workshops with local children the knowledge and wealth of 'Ital' food diets.
The launch of the new Artist in Residence programme 2011
All resident artists will produce a body of their work which culminates in an exhibition at ROKTOWA. All visiting artists will have opportunities to do Artist Talks and take part in the community projects at ROKTOWA.
