Antonio Campbell

ANTONIO CAMPBELL is an entertainer with a vision of transforming and uniting people through a new era of music, fused with the elements of dance and drama, so that creativity can express itself in a collective energy for one powerful cause; life.

Born on January 10, 1992 Antonio immersed himself into the realm of the Performing Arts. Being exposed to music at an early age by his mother, from whom he inherited his talents, he grew to love music and other art forms and later realized he had a natural and undying passion for the Performing Arts. Antonio has been involved in the Arts ever since.
At the age of 12, Antonio joined the Father Holung and Friends Music Ministry. “At first… it was just for the show but then I realized just how much the group gives back to Jamaica and the diaspora at large,” said the young musician as he reminisced on his younger years. As his primary years of education drew to a close, Antonio had little to no regrets as he cherished his memorable moments at St. Aloysius Primary School. For him, this was where his life took the inevitable and important turn; becoming a man, along with it his aim of discovering the many other talented people he was yet to meet across the terrains of Jamaica. Being one of the youngest leaders in the group, Antonio serves both the ministry and Jamaica at large well as he travels with the group both locally and internationally on diverse Missions across the United States and the Caribbean.
At the age of 15 Antonio became a member of the ASHE Performing Arts Company. Here he was able to unearth his greatest abilities and showcase all he was made of. "Being in ASHE for over 4 years has changed my whole life and character," He said. Through the mandate and goals of the group,he has gotten opportunities to showcase his true potential. He continues to do the company and himself proud and seeks to do even more great things with them.
Antonio was set on achieving the best he could in the Arts and as such became a student at The Edna Manley College for the Visual and Performing Arts. Although education proved paramount and performing was his life, Antonio saw the need to give back as he also had an interest in voluntary service, a trait he gained through his years at Father Holung and friends ministries.
Antonio’s life long dream is to become the first of his family to graduate with tertiary educational skills; Edna Manley's School of Music, moving on to his Masters in Musical Theatre and contributing his years of experience and talent to the music community.
