Wayne Sinclair

I am a consultant to the ACP region on creative industries policy and micro enterprise development

I have worked in the creative industries for the past 20 years primarily in the areas of film and live music production. For the past 6 years I have worked more extensively in the area of major events and cultural policy consultancy with micro enterprise clients and institutions ranging from the Government of Jamaica to the European Commission and the ACP Secretariat. I am also currently the Executive Producer of the Stir It Up Film and Music Expo slated for its innagural staging from September 5-11 2010. in Montego Bay, Jamaica.
