Amelia Moore

I have a BA in environmental biology from Columbia University (2003) and a PhD in sociocultural anthropology from the University of California, Berkeley (2010). My research focuses on the creation and development of The Bahamas as a space for environmental research and scientific and touristic collaboration. I am currently interested in projects of sustainable design which remediate what it means to be Bahamain, what it means to be alive, and how Bahamians and others develop small island lifestyles today.
